is_real() function

The is_real() function is used to check whether a variable is real or not. The function returns true if a variable is real otherwise false.

Syntax:

is_real(var_name)

Parameters:

Name	Description	Required / Optional	Type
var_name	The variable being checked	Required	Mixed*

*Mixed : Mixed indicates that a parameter may accept multiple (but not necessarily all) types.
